At Beril, we aim to deliver your favorite styles quickly and safely.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 10-15 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Free shipping on prepaid orders.
    • A nominal shipping fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to stay updated on your delivery.
  • Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to weather, logistics, or public holidays may occur.



Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Return/Exchange Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility:
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
    • Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)
    • Customized or altered products
  • Exchange:
    • Exchanges are allowed for size or available product variants, subject to stock availability
  • Refunds:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
    • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method
    • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
  • Reverse Pickup:
    • We offer reverse pickup in select locations. If not available, customers may be requested to ship the product back to us



Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
